谢岩黎,教授/博士,博士研究生导师,河南省特聘教授,河南省高层次人才,郑州市第十四届十大科技女杰,河南省高校科技创新团队带头人,河南省粮油食品安全与营养重点实验室主任,河南工业大学营养与健康研究院学术副院长,美国新泽西州立大学(Rutgers University)访问学者。

主持国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、主持河南省重点研发专项、主持河南省重点科技攻关项目,主持河南省高校科技创新团队,郑州市重大科技创新专项等20余项,参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目2项,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文260余篇,其中在J.Agric.Food Chem.、Food Chem.等国内外Top学术期刊上发表被SCI/EI收录论文 90余篇,其中中科院TOP 19篇。主编、副主编教材5部,获得国家发明专利12项。

实验室和科研团队简介

所在团队专注于食品科学与营养安全研究,致力于食品加工过程中营养与安全控制的生物学策略,围绕微生物资源、药食同源资源挖掘及生物制造,提升食品营养价值和功效,同时倡导营养与安全导向的绿色加工技术。同时注重与科研机构和企业合作,推动研究成果的转化,以促进食品行业的可持续发展,改善公众健康并提升食品产业整体水平。
